[FORT WAYNE, INDIANA, AUGUST 5, 2025] – Coffee & Conversations provide a welcoming space for women to connect, learn, and empower one another. This year’s free series is focused on empowering women in the workforce. Whether you are beginning your career or a little more seasoned, we look forward to learning from each other through our lived experience. 

Our next event is on Thursday, September 18th from 8-9:30am at ASH Brokerage – Empower to Change: Breaking Patterns & Building New Habits. Have you ever felt stuck in the same unproductive cycle, knowing what you should do but struggling to actually do it? Join us for a conversation on identifying and dismantling limiting patterns, fostering self-awareness, and developing strategies for building new habits. Learn to recognize triggers and implement practical tools for sustainable change. Breaking unhealthy patterns is key to fostering confidence, resilience, and success.
