Meet Nikki Galbraith.

Nikki Galbraith is the Market President for Hylant in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She has been with the company for over 13 years focusing on business development, leadership, and overall performance efforts for the northeast and northwest Indiana markets. She is also the proud mom of three amazing kids that bring her an abundance of joy and make life more fun. She received her bachelor’s degree in health administration from Indiana University, along with a Kelley Business School minor.

YWCA Asks: What does an ’empowering woman’ mean to you?

Nikki:  An empowering woman helps other women feel and be the best version of themselves.

YWCA Asks: In what ways do you believe you have empowered other women?

Nikki: I encourage women to see themselves for who they are. Women often don’t see how great they are and need to be reminded. I want to lift them up so they have the confidence to keep blooming.

YWCA Asks: Can you share a tidbit of information or an experience that may be helpful to other women?

Nikki: If you are in a relationship that is tearing you down, know that boundaries are OK. With boundaries, you can find the clarity to focus on your self worth.
