In addition to the information Paula Hughes-Schuh shares in her video, she also serves on the United Way of Allen County board and is a member of the Quest Club. She also serves on the Ivy Tech State Board of Trustees, having served twice as its Board chair. She also serves as a board member of Ivy Tech Foundation.

This year, Paula served as the Site Administrator for the Region 3 Safe Recovery Site, this region’s quarantine center for the homeless population, in addition to her role as CEO of YWCA Northeast Indiana.

Paula loves serving our community, which has not gone unnoticed. She was named Northeast Indiana Community Leader of the Year by KPC Media’s Most Influential Women 2020.
