With your tremendous generosity, Circle 2022 exceeded it’s $175,000 goal!! These funds will directly support families in domestic violence crisis in northeast Indiana! We are so grateful to count you in our Circle of Support!
These funds are crucial for us to serve people in need. From July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022, YWCA Northeast Indiana staff answered 3,281 crisis calls from people in domestic violence situations similar to the family featured in our Circle program. Those calls enabled our trauma-informed YWCA team to host a total of 236 support groups and 632 counseling sessions during that time. As of September 2022, YWCA surpassed the total number of clients served for all of 2021, which is over 600 adults! YWCA Northeast Indiana is proud to provide shelter, advocacy, counseling, housing planning, and support to our community members; and with your donation, we are able to serve even more people experiencing domestic violence, and their children.
