Her own perimenopause experience and personal wakeup call inspired her to help other women thrive through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause by becoming a Girls Gone Strong Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist.

Rachelle Reinking has more than a decade of experience coaching movement in Fort Wayne. Inspired by her own health journey, Rachelle’s passion for movement recovery and stress management led her to start helping others to begin their own fitness journey. Rachelle is an RYT-200 Hour Yoga Teacher, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Stretching & Flexibility Coach, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified.
