Dr. Ramona L. Coleman is a seasoned K–12 educator, executive administrator, and CEO of CAGG Consulting, with over four decades of distinguished service in public education. Based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, she has dedicated her career to advancing instructional excellence, human capital development, and leadership capacity across school systems.
As the founder and CEO of CAGG Consulting, Dr. Coleman specializes in professional learning with an emphasis on how to Cultivate, Activate, Apply, and Grow professionals through strategic planning. Her work supports school districts and organizations in building effective systems that foster talent and drive continuous improvement.
Most recently, Dr. Coleman led transformative district-wide initiatives that supported more than 30,000 students and 3,500 staff. Her leadership has shaped comprehensive professional development frameworks, aligned talent strategy with student achievement goals, and driven meaningful change through data-informed decision-making.
With extensive experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, and instructional coaching, Dr. Coleman is a national thought leader and published author in the field of professional learning. She is a longtime coach with Learning Forward and a respected voice in designing equitable, sustainable systems for adult and student learning.
Holding a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Indiana State University, Dr. Coleman’s professional philosophy is grounded in community building and a relentless pursuit of educational excellence.
