December 11, 2025. Empower Your Spark: Reigniting Strength in the Face of Burnout

In today’s fast-paced and demanding world, burnout is a pervasive challenge, particularly for women who often juggle multiple roles and responsibilities. We had a conversation to help recognize the signs of burnout, reclaim our energy, and build resilience. This is more important than ever, especially during the holiday season when demands can feel overwhelming. View the PowerPoint here.

Topics of Discussion:

  • What is burnout and how does it manifest
  • How to recognize and prevent burnout
  • How to recover from burnout

“Burnout is a profound, chronic exhaustion of mind, body, and spirit, often leading to a sense of helplessness and detachment. ”

Key Takeaways:

  • Grounding and being self aware is important to identify feelings that may lead to burnout
  • Recovery from burnout is personal for everyone
  • Find what works for you, trust your gut, and reclaim your spark

“Noticing and being open to whatever you are feeling–and being able to put words to it involves deep awareness and can completely transform the way you connect with yourself, others, and your environment.”
