Music for a Mission aims to raise awareness for Substance Use Disorder and to raise needed funds for YWCA Northeast Indiana’s Addiction Recovery Program.
Music for a Mission will be a concert style fundraiser featuring local musicians! The event will take place on September 18th, 2026 at Brotherhood Mutual.
Substance Use Disorder and How YWCA Helps
According to the NIH (National Institute of Mental Health), Substance Use Disorders (or SUDS) "involve patterns of behaviors that might include using more of the substance than planned, finding it difficult to stop, or continuing to use despite knowing it's causing harm".
YWCA Northeast Indiana offers an intensive, residential treatment program in a sub-acute medical facility tailored to treat adult women living with substance use disorder. We provide a high level of support and structured wrap-around services for residents.
